Ordinary shares in companies listed on the DSE. As a shareholder you may receive dividends and benefit from capital appreciation, and you have voting rights at company meetings. Shares trade in board lots and settle T+2 to your CDS account.
Bonds
Government (Treasury) bonds
Debt issued by the Government of Tanzania, paying periodic coupons and returning principal at maturity. Generally considered lower-risk fixed income.
Corporate bonds
Debt issued by listed companies and institutions, typically offering higher coupons than government bonds in exchange for greater credit risk.

Rights issues
